President - Julia Chun
Hello! My name is Julia Chun and I am 16 years old. I have been part of the WFSC Jr. Board for 4 years and was elected as President for the coming term. I passed my Gold Skating Skills and am working on my Silver Free Skate. I look forward to leading our growing group of skaters in volunteering, fundraising, and community-building activities!
Vice President - Saskia Dorf
Hi! I am Saskia Dorf, I am 16 years old and am going into my Junior year of high school. I am working on my Gold Skating skills and my Gold Free Skate. I have been a part of the WFSC Jr. Board for four years and this year I have been elected as the board’s vice president. As vice president I will make sure to support the president and help things run smoothly within the club and lead our many different fundraising and volunteering activities!
Treasurer - Lake Erickson
Hi, my name is Lake Erickson and I am 17 years old. I am the Treasurer of the Junior Board for the 2024-2025 term. I have been skating for about 2 and a half years, my current freeskate level is Preliminary Singles, and I am working on my Pre-Silver skating skills. It is my responsibility to manage the board’s finances by keeping track of our fundraising & spending. I look forward to contributing to the Winterhawks skating community!
Secretary - Dorothy Cui
Hello! My name is Dorothy. I am 17 years old and a senior from Lincoln High School. I’m currently working on my Bronze solo and partnered dances. As the secretary for this term on the WFSC Junior Board, I am responsible for taking meeting minutes and maintaining an organized collection of past and present documents. I’m looking forward to a great year full of collaboration and exciting opportunities!
Community Service Chair - Emma Lu
Hello! My name is Emma Lu. I am 14 years old and compete at the pre-silver level. As the community service chair, my job is to organize volunteer opportunities and help bring the community together. I hope to encourage more people to volunteer!

Hello my name is Viera, I am 16 years old, and I am currently a junior in high school. I am working on my Silver skating skills, and preliminary free skate! This year I have been elected as the public relations chair and I will be in charge of posting on the WFSC Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook! I am excited to notify the WFSC community of any events that are happening at the rink and I will be capturing the best memories!

Madison Skariah
Hello! My name is Madison Skariah. I am 14 years old and I have been a part of the WFSC junior board for two years. I competed the juvenile girls excel level last year. I am working on my pre-silver moves test and tested my bronze free skate. I am the junior board’s fundraising chair along with my co chair Erika Lesnichi. It is our job to lead the fundraising events to help our board put together money to continue supporting our figure skating Community. Through my roles as a part of the board I hope to use events and community activities to promote inclusivity and to reach out to our young club of athletes!

Hi, my name is Dasha Makarova and I am 14 years old! I am passing my silver skating skills and competing in Juvenile Excel Plus category. I have been a member of the WFSC Jr. Board for over a year and I am a participating member. I look forward to sharing ideas towards fundraising and events the WFSC Jr. Board will create!

Hi, I’m Gabi. I am 15 years old and I am a double Gold medalist. This is my third year on the Jr. Board and I am excited to help build the community, contribute helpful ideas, and help plan fun activities.

Hello! My name is Hannah Tan. I am 16 years old and have passed my pre-preliminary skating skills test. On the Junior Board I help find volunteer opportunities. I’m looking forward to an exciting year!
Board member - Jocelyn Hays
Hi! My name is Jocelyn, I am 16 years old, soon to be 17, and i am a senior at Jesuit High School. I am working on my pre-bronze moves in the field test. I have been in WFSC for a year and I’m looking forward to the next one. On the Junior Board I will be helping out with events such as our car wash and I hope to do more as the year progresses. I can’t wait to see where we go this year and all we do!

Hi! My name is Lihini Munasinghe. I am 14 years old. I am working on pre-silver and my goal is to finish my Skating Skills. This is my first year skating with the Winterhawks Figure Skating Club. I am looking forward to positively contributing to all the amazing things this club has to offer. This year I am going to help volunteer, fundraise, and plan activities for the WFSC.

Mary: Hi, my name is Mary. I am 15 years old and I am a sophomore at Beaverton High School. I am currently working on my preliminary Skating Skills. This is my first year on the WFSC Jr. Board. Currently I’m helping with the yearbook and the bake sale fundraiser. I hope I can extend our reach into the community through the bake sale and make this year even greater with the yearbook.
Board member - Ripley Rask
Hi! My name is Ripley Rask, I am 14 years old and will be starting my freshman year of high school in the fall. I recently passed my gold moves in the field and I have been skating for about 8 years, and have been a part of wfsc for 7 years. I am competing Excel at the Intermediate Plus level. I am currently a member of the JB and I hope to be a chair! I can’t wait to help the community and skaters!

Hi! My name is Sara and I’m a senior at Westview High School. I’ve passed my preliminary Skating Skills and pre-pre Free Skate. On the Junior Board, I am responsible for coordinating community service opportunities and helping out with fundraising. I aspire to make our year unforgettable by creating our new yearbook!

hey! My name is Sydney McCornack, and I am 16 years old. I am currently working on my pre-preliminary test and am competing in aspire two. As a board member, it's my responsibility to help find volunteering opportunities as well as help organize events such as bake sales. I can't wait to start my first year on the jr. board, and I’m looking forward to bringing the community together!

Hello! My name is Talia Weinstein and I am 15 years old. I am currently working on my pre-bronze skating skills and am working towards testing my pre-preliminary freeskate. I have been a part of WFSC for about 7 months and this is my first term on the jr board. This term on jr board I will be helping promote and plan events such as fundraising and spirit weeks. I am looking forward to helping this community grow and making it a great year!
